Every Pawtrait necklace is made to order. Each order take approximately 1-3 working days to arrive. Once your order is confirmed and your photo has been reviewed and approved by our team, please allow at most 7–14 business days for your necklace to be crafted and delivered to your doorstep.

NOTE: We are based in Singapore. All orders are processed, crafted, and shipped locally. No overseas waiting, no customs delays, no uncertainty & no additional charges.

Business days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Singapore only. Shipping is handled via a local courier service with tracking provided once your order is on its way.
