How long does shipping usually take?

Each Pawtrait necklace is handcrafted to order by our artist, so we take the time to get it right. From the moment your order is confirmed, please allow 7–14 business days for your necklace to be crafted and delivered to your door. We're based in Singapore, so there's no overseas waiting or customs uncertainty. Just a carefully made piece on its way to you. Shipping is done by Sing-Post. 

Can I get a preview of my pawtrait necklace before shipping them out?

We don't offer digital previews before shipping as our engraving process is done directly onto the metal pendant itself. The true depth, texture, and detail of the engraving can only be fully appreciated on the physical piece. A flat digital mockup simply doesn't do it justice, and we'd rather you experience the real thing. What we do instead is carefully review every photo submission before we begin crafting, and our team will reach out if we feel your photo needs adjustment to produce the best possible result.

Can i get a refund if im not satisfied with my pawtrait?

Because every Pawtrait is custom-made just for you, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind without a valid reason. However, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If there's a quality issue or your necklace arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Can i get my pawtrait necklace redone if it didn't turn out good?

If the engraving quality doesn't meet our standard or there's a crafting defect on our end, we'll redo it for you at no extra charge. Just send us a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out. We want every Pawtrait to be something you're proud to wear.

What material is my pawtrait necklace made of?

Every Pawtrait necklace is crafted from Medical Grade 316L Stainless Steel, finished with Pure 18k Gold or Rose Gold Plating. It's hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and safe for sensitive skin. Built to be worn every day without losing its quality or shine.

Your pet's face is precision laser-engraved directly onto the metal. Not printed, not stuck on. This means the portrait is permanently part of the pendant itself, giving you a level of detail and durability that truly reflects the bond it represents.


Each order arrives in a Premium Blue Velvet Jewellery Box, packaged in a Blue Velvet Bubble Polymailer so whether it's a gift or a treat for yourself, the unboxing experience feels as special as what's inside.
