Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If your Pawtrait arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or a crafting issue on our end, we will resolve it at no additional cost to you.

 

To be eligible for a resolution, please:

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send us clear photos of the issue via email.
- Include your order number in your message


What We Will Do
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either redo your necklace at no charge or offer a suitable resolution. We handle each case individually and will always work with you to make it right.

3. photo quality disclaimer

The quality of the engraving is directly dependent on the quality and clarity of the photo you submit. We will always advise you if we feel your photo may not produce the best result, and we may request a replacement photo before proceeding. However, if a customer chooses to proceed with a photo our team has flagged as potentially unsuitable, we are unable to guarantee the outcome.
