We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

 

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and before production has begun. Once crafting has started, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

2. how to cancel

To request a cancellation, contact us via email with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will confirm whether your order is still within the cancellation window.

 

3. amendments to your order

If you need to change your pet's name, colour option, or submitted photo, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, but we cannot guarantee amendments once the crafting process has started.

4. approved cancellations

If your cancellation is approved within the eligible window, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
